Villa Klymene boasts 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. A 5th optional bedroom can be used as a small children’s bunk bedroom.
A theatre room with a laser projector and a 150” (inch) screen for movies and gaming.
Central to the design of the building is the covered outdoor living and dining room with the view extending over the Ionian sea to the Albanian mountains beyond.
A large infinity heated swimming pool of 114 cubic metres.
Villa Klymene has been designed as a passive house using unprecedented technology with advanced floor and wall insulation, including triple glazing on all doors and windows.
The building is air tight making it more comfortable with controlled air flow and humidity.
