The villa has the following features:
- A theatre room with a laser projector with an effective screen size of 150” (inch) providing a movie theatre experience, or surreal video games room
- The 114 cubic metre Pebbletec(™) finish infinity pool with additional heating is able to extend the swimming season by months
- 4 large double bedrooms, 3 of which can be converted to twins if required, as well as a smaller 5th children’s (2 bunk) bedroom adjacent to the main bedroom
- Each of the 4 large bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms
- A fully equipped gourmet kitchen/interior dining with cooking island overlooking the pool and the sea
- A large covered exterior dining area seating for 10, and extended entertaining areas overlooking the pool, olive groves and the Ionian sea
The villa design and room layout allows for flexibility for renting only the main building during the shoulder and low seasons, offering a 2 bedroom & family room option.
